I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The kindness of the delivery drivers is the only positive thing I can say about this company. Our towels were often stained or torn, and when our business decided to cancel our Canadian Linen service, the process became a nightmare. They told us the service would be cancelled, but since then they have stopped responding to our emails and calls. 1) They didn't show up for 4 weeks at one point even though I am supposed to have weekly delivery. All they did was refund the weeks they didn't deliver / pick up the dirty towels. I had called and emailed 5+ times and they kept promising they would come but then they wouldn't follow through. 2) The contract requires notice (by registered mail) that you will cancel. We have been using Canadian Linen for our office needs for as long as I can remember. We are very happy with their services and Matt is THE BEST among everyone who delivered to our office. If there are discrepancies on the number of delivery or on the invoice, Matt is very fast and efficient in rectifying it. If he says he will take care of it, he really would. No follow up needed. This manager named Johnny which supposedly handles our area/ account is really unprofessional, never picks up phone calls or replies to messages when you text him EVER!!! Better off switching companies if this is the type of service you guys provide.
If u are signing a contract please beware that only thing consistent with this company is an invoice . It will always come on time but ur garments and uniforms will always be short and often missing . I have been calling the north queen location in Toronto so much that I'm starting to memorize their employees names like Nalini and Julian . When we are paying on time and in full . Service should be provided in same manner . Very disappointed.
