Amazing experience renting a truck top camper. We received it super clean and like brand new and we had an amazing trip. Makes camping even in pouring rain super fun!!! Already planning our next rental. Sorraine, Manel, and Marie were so kind, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the truck. Amazing experience.
For the last 2 years, our 4 families had been planning this dream RV trip together. We even obtained our Canada and USA visas specifically for this adventure and traveled all the way from Türkiye for it. We recently rented an RV from Canadream, and unfortunately, it turned into the worst RV rental experience we have ever had. On the day of pickup, Canadream forgot to provide the kitchen equipment and chairs that we had reserved and already paid for. After starting our trip, we realized the items were missing and contacted their office. They told us we needed to return to pick them up ourselves. Disappointing pickup experience. Several included items (coffee maker, toaster, and lawn chairs) were missing. We had to drive back to retrieve them, resulting in extra mileage, lost time, and disruption to our trip and they cherg us for extra milage as well atvthe end .As a group of four, we also missed our pre-booked private boat and lost non-refundable tickets. We expected the RV to be fully prepared at pickup and a more appropriate resolution for the impact caused.
What a wonderful bucket list trip! We had wanted to rent one of these for years. Every summer we saw them on the road so we decided this was to be our year! We left nothing to chance and decided to book in early January for a Sept trip! And even with that much notice, we struggled to get the unit we wanted. There are deals to be had for early booking.
