We recently rented an RV from Canadream, and unfortunately, it turned into the worst RV rental experience we have ever had. On the day of pickup, Canadream forgot to provide the kitchen equipment and chairs that we had reserved and already paid for. After starting our trip, we realized the items were missing and contacted their office. They told us we needed to return to pick them up ourselves. It was my first time renting an RV as we drove to the maritimes from Montreal. The RV was a motorhome-B. The engine was loud as I had to scream with the other passengers just to be heard. The layout was nice and was easy to operate and manoeuvre. We are already thinking of our next trip. Some small things to improve: fill up gas tank upon client receipt. Mine was almost empty. Also there were slight damages to the interior of the vehicle that had to be noted down (all cosmetic).
What a wonderful bucket list trip! We had wanted to rent one of these for years. Every summer we saw them on the road so we decided this was to be our year! We left nothing to chance and decided to book in early January for a Sept trip! And even with that much notice, we struggled to get the unit we wanted. There are deals to be had for early booking. Incredible place to rent an RV. Clean, new and well appointed vehicles prepared like quality hotel rooms. Service is wonderful even for first time RV users. The information is clear and they offer a lot of assistance. Highly recommended
It ended up a bit expensive with all extras and the insurance but the RV was perfect, they were very helpsome at pick up and return. Super comfortable to sleep, with the kitchen extras we had all that we needed. we will for sure repeat if we come back to Canada!
