We had an absolutely fantastic experience with CanaDream for our RV pickup. Our original pickup window was scheduled between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, but we weren't able to make it in time. I reached out to see if we could pick it up first thing the next morning instead, and the customer agents were incredibly accommodating and worked with us to make it happen. We had an amazing one-week RV trip through Northern Quebec with Canada Dream. The RV was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for exploring the beautiful region. We had a great experience renting MHC motorhome from Montreal branch. At pickup, RV was super clean and it was a pleasure renting almost brand new vehicle. One star minus is for lots of paperwork related to damages and responsibilities even though insurance was included.
Amazing experience renting a truck top camper. We received it super clean and like brand new and we had an amazing trip. Makes camping even in pouring rain super fun!!! Already planning our next rental. Sorraine, Manel, and Marie were so kind, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the truck. Amazing experience.
For the last 2 years, our 4 families had been planning this dream RV trip together.
