The Class B van was fine. All functions worked well. And yes, I agree with some of the comments about friendliness of service, not the person who did our inspection but the somewhat officious woman at the counter. Our issue: we got a small chip in the front windshield, which we reported prior to the inspection. We did not buy the "Platinum package" or windshield insurance. Total crap service if I've ever heard it. I called because I wanted to enquire about booking a large RV to putter on up to the Kootneys to chill out for a couple weeks and the girl on the phone was super unhelpful then she puts me on hold simply because she didn't know what she was talking about. Just returned from a weeks vacation in a Canadream RV. PICK UP was in YVR and drop off of the RV was in Calgary. The RV itself was fantastic. Great condition and we had no problems with it at all. I would warn that the company will not work with you at all for pick up times. We were flying in from Toronto to Vancouver and wanted to pick up the RV as close to 1 as possible. The company tried to charge us an additional $375 for a pickup between 10 and noon. I wasn't even paying that price nightly for the RV. We arrived into Va... read more

I also had a bad experience renting an RV from Canadream. First of all we thought we were getting 21 foot Class B RV but we were giving a smaller one. The problem was the bed was too short to sleep bumper to bumper. We had to sleep side to side in the van because the bed was too short otherwise which meant that one person had to climb over the other to get up in the middle of the night, not fun. I had the worst customer experience with Canadreams. None of the people there is friendly. They consider customers as stupid tourist that will never come back and are dumb enough to pay a lot for a very random RV that has no service and limited mileage. And now I'm receiving their marketing emails spam. No thanks!
