Great experience altogether. From the shuttle bus drivers's warm welcome to the knowledgeable staff's assistance and easy check-in to the great truck camper (diesel F350), Canadream made exploring the yukon and southeast Alaska a breeze.

Great experience renting a truck camper and touring around the Yukon. Truck and camper was spotless when I picked it up. Easy return as well. Friendly staff. Only reason for giving 4 stars is the lack of a shuttle to the airport, despite a passenger van standing outside. You would think if you pay good money for a rental that the least they can do is to provide a shuttle to the airport. Their competitors sure do

RV was fine. We left some stuff in a cupboard and the company contacted us about getting it back, then ghosted me after I tried to arrange shipping. Terrible customer service.

From pickup and rental to return, everything went perfectly. The staff was always very helpful and provided an almost brand-new and perfectly prepared vehicle. The return process was also quick and easy. This was my first rental with CanaDream in Whitehorse; I'd only rented from their Vancouver location before. Even though the Whitehorse branch is quite small and the options are more limited in the north, the same first-class service I've come to expect from CanaDream was provided.
