This review is written on behalf of my family members who have resided in this neighborhood for nearly two decades. They are retired individuals who have stayed committed to this community for around 20 years. During my recent visit, I was shocked by the state of the premises. I submitted an application and paid the application fee and the administration fee. I ended up not signing the lease because of how incompetent or deceptive these leasing agents were. They'll try their best to keep you from knowing any useful knowledge or information in regards to the paper work and the move-in process and about the condition of the apartment until the very last moment so you can't make any well-informed decision on whether or not you should move-in to the apartment. Hello, I’m a resident at Candlelite Apartments in Fort Wayne, IN. I have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. I’ve lived here for 18 months. It hasn’t been the best. There’s always problems in the apartment with the heat, the AC, leaks, plumbing, the old double closet doors falling on top of you and the cable and internet service is atrocious. The last week of May my refrigerator went out. On Friday, May 31, 2024, maintenance came and replaced the refrigerator with a very small refrigerator, until the part came to my refrigerator. I've lived at Coventry Court and Candlelite Apartments!! I loved both my apartment's, they were very spacious and accommodating! Danica has always been great!!! If ever I had a problem she would go out of her way to fix it and make things right!! Management has also been understanding and worked with me to make sure my needs were meet!! Its sad we are leaving this precious apartment. Me and hubby lived in Candlelite apartment for 3 years now. Its a very quiet neighborhood, the apartment is very spacious, safe, and the management is very friendly, and helpful. Any Issues in the apartments are ressolved immediately. The reason we are leaving is, we just just bought a house but would highly recommend people to live in this apartment. Thank you management for your service.
