The babies are back, and they are snoring it up my backseat. There are just some trips that these guys can't join us on, and boarding is stressful for all of us. Knowing that they are in good hands while you're away makes it so much better. I can't say enough good things about @caninecountryclubabq. I can't believe I haven't reviewed Canine Country Club before! My old yellow lab has major anxiety when it comes to being boarded and cannot be separated from his stuffed giraffe when it comes to being away from home. Highly Recommend! I know what to look for because I manage a pet hotel in Chicago myself. The customer service was exceptional, I felt safe leaving my baby girl there, and she had a good time.
Probably the best place in Albuquerque. I just am not a fan of the lack of discounts. They used to give a $5 coupon for filling out your boarding agreement prior, but they did away with that. My dog is staying 16 days in a casita (estimated cost around $700 because my dog is allergic to their floor cleaner...). They won't even include a bath even though I'm paying astronomical pricing for these luxury accommodations.
I don't know how anyone has a puppy without Canine Country Club's Doggie Daycare Program. When our guy was smaller, he went to small dog doggie daycare. Now, he is bigger and he goes 5 days a week to play with the "big kids". He is an active breed, and we knew this going into getting him. He NEEDS active play ALL DAY LONG! A walk around the block doesn't cut it for him. He loves the pools in the summer and we love that he is very well socialized with other dogs. My Gretta 6 yo cat just loves Feline Inn. When I leave her it is usually for about 10 days. They provide a report card of how she did and she does sleep a lot when she comes home! I think it is because she stays awake to communicate with her nocturnal (Which ordinarily she is not) fellow boarders! I don't mind paying extra when I ask to have her fed her own weight-reducing food and they follow my instruction to a T. They are so loving!
I love Canine Country Club! I'm a seriously nerotic doggy mommy and I have had such a great experience with CCC. There are other places closer to me and cheaper but what sold me is the people that work there. Every time I come in or call they are so kind and really seem to be happy with their work. Happy workers mean happy furry friends. It's clean, safe, and like I said, everyone there seems to enjoy hanging out with the fuzz balls. My dog has enjoyed daycare and boarding in the Casitas. Our dogs leave happy! We have one dog who is food/toy aggressive and the other has some anxiety, but not had any issues after 3 stays. They both go in without panic and leave without looking stressed out. Staff are friendly. Would recommend trying!
This place is worth every penny! I strongly recommend bringing your dog here for Doggy Day Care! My dog absolutely loves it! He gets to romp and play with other dogs, so not only is he getting exercise, but socialization as well. In addition, I cannot say enough great things about the staff! They are amazing!
