What a wonderful place. The staff is so nice, and supportive. Such a special place, my dogs love it here. Very clean, and I always recommend this place to all my clients who ask about boarding their cats/ dogs.

I take my 3yr old Bruno, three days out of the week for daycare, so he can be around other dogs his age and size, it keep him from being at home out in this Albuquerque heat when I'm at work. I see when I get ready to drop him off in the morning Bruno, is so ready to get out of the car and run inside to start playing. the staff is always greeting us as we enter in the morning they welcome Bruno. I would recommend the Canine Country Club to family and friends.

My dogs seem to do well at your boarding facility, and two of my dogs are on the fearful/feral spectrum. One of my dogs had some GI issues and Stacey helped get her vet care and meds to help. For that I am grateful and that keeps me returning. I do find check in and booking reservations to be tedious and takes a long time. For each dog, the food and medications have to be gone over in person each time I board my dogs. I have four dogs! It can take almost an hour for check in. It's not the staff, they'��re very good, it'��s the prices that are charged for amenities.

When leaving Bella I would like to see the kennel she will be staying in for several days. It would be comforting while I'm away.

Do NOT leave your dog here if you want quality care. Left my very anxious 11 year old dog here for 5 days with anxiety meds and they did not give him one dose. The pill bottle came home with every dose still inside. My poor pup came home covered in urine and excrement. He is refusing to eat and has had diarrhea since he’s been home, guessing he had it the whole time he was there by the looks of him. He is a mess physically and mentally. I consider this abuse and neglect.

Friend had her dog there, we were out of the country together. Friend was told dog was fine. Got a call to pick up dog one hour before closing as dog was not fine all of a sudden. WE WERE OUT OF THE COUNTRY. Dog picked up by family member unable to walk with blood shot eyes. Taken to VCA for malnutrition, there was NO food in the dogs stomach for at least 3 days! Eye infection and a few other things. $5,000 vet bill and Canine took her cash for a full stay since her credit card was on file. NOPE!
