The process was smooth and professional.
Scheduled an appt waited 2 weeks, uploaded all required documents and “arrived” 5 mins early for my tele-visit, and sat in the online waiting for over 2 hours. No notifications or updates and you can’t get anyone when you call the office…. It was fun…..

Canna Care called me to let me know A. my certification was expiring in December and B. that I could renew that week for no fee during Veteran Appreciation Week (it's actually two weeks). Ended up scheduling appointment for the same day, and I walked out renewed as MMCC patient for another year...free ninety-nine and 0 cents. Better customer service than every other health care provider I have! Highly recommend new patients start here.
