I have been coming to CCD’s since 2018. I was in a terrible accident hitting a telephone pole head-on. I was 20 yrs old and badly injured my back, ribs and face. I’ve been in chronic pain since in my back. After about 30 yrs of active aggressive treatments, procedures, tests, surgeries, and 100’s on 100’s of shots, blocks, rhyzotomies, nerve treatments and of course medication. This was my third appointment with Nurse Dennis over the years. Every time I engage with her she is super helpful and knowledgeable of methods of treatment for my medical issues. And she always offer new materials and methods to try until my next appointment and so far they have checked out as being worthy of trying. Indeed five stars across the board!
Easy to apply for medical card. Always communicates through texts and email. Kind and friendly on phone. Always fixed any problems you may have. Nurse Practitioners are excellent
