Very friendly and helpful. Doctor was nice only on the phone to renew for less then 3 minutes. Just waiting to pay the state fee cwill recommend fast simply stress free. Love going there.
My wife came here and I was just accompanying her it was a roughmorning but Amy was great she was supportive she was informative she helped us move do the paperwork very quickly and I feel like she made this all feel very normal and like it was something where we can truly depend on them if we're at a pinch and they also provided additional resources for advocacy and so that as patients we know our rights.I just want to stress again Amy was awesome and everyone should come back to see her

Excellent!! The people here help with any questions you may have. The 1st year, I had no idea what I was doing, and they walked me through it all. They were patient and kind and checked up after your appointment just to make sure everything went smoothly and to ask if there were any concerns or questions. The renewal process is the same very simple. They have always been on time for my appointments and very compassionate. Definitely recommend Canna Care Docs above any other. 10+ stars!!
Just awful! Since Covid, they do not assist you with completing the necessary forms, making a payment for a renewal card, etc Folks who don’t have a computer, seniors, or folks with vision problems or other health issues (hint medical marijuana), we are left to our own devices to figure it out on our own. Canna care docs gets a customer service rating of zero as far as I’m concerned. I will be looking for another provider in the future
