OMG . . . . The state web sight had wrong info. SAM went way out of her way . Many text and phone calls,she was able to fix and get my card . WOW what a great worker!!! The staff and doctors at Canna Doc have helped me immensely in the past few years. Dr. Van Benschoten has been particularly helpful in finding the most effective treatment. The fees are reasonable and the process of making payments and appointments is easy.
