We recently had an incident occur that necessitated the need for an attorney. Sam Cannon from Cannon Law was recommended to us and we hired him to represent us. It was a long process, (which was expected) but the entire time Sam was right there with us, patiently explaining every step along the way. Called and asked to speak to attorney or paralegal and was refused. They refused to take my name and number for a call back or transfer me to voicemail claiming the attorney don't have voicemail. Very rude and uncooperative. Highly recommend going to another attorney where you will be treated professionally and courteous. Was calling with a malpractice case also.

To call a lawyer office and ask to speak to someone and to be refuses is against the law. When ever someone request a supervisor, or anyone above the law is that person is to transfer the call. To be refused and not explain that she was intake is RUDE. For the owner to try and discredit my claim is unlawful and rude within its self.
