Becky C I disagree with John S, he is entitled to his opinion, but the front office receptionists Jen and Melissa are amazing, kind and extremely professional. I've never seen the kind of behavior he has mentioned. The technicians are very kind to my animals I have two dogs and a cat and they have been treated with the upmost gentleness and care. Dr. Cox is the best, I would not trust my pets with anyone else.
Great on the phone They have a knowledgable, calm staff. When I called right after my dog was ripped up in a fight, they were nice to me, and told me there was actually a closer emergency vet to me. They not only gave me that number, they offered to call them and tell them I was on my way so I could load up my dog and drive.
