I have always had to see many dentists for a wide variety of dental issues. I always hate going to someone new and having to explain my dental history. Dr Deems did all the work. I gave him a quick run down of my history and he took the x-rays and performed an exam. It was so thorough and informative. I also loved the fact that there weren't a lot of questions involved. I had a great experience. Never before has a dentist fully explained in detail he status of my teeth. The high level of technology helped the detailed explanation, making a compelling argument. Dr. Deems was also very friendly and approachable. Very satisfied with my cleaning too. So far, all employees have been wonderful.
Assistant seemed rushed when I got there. I had asked to reschedule when she (the receptionist)called Monday due to money issues. She didn't hear me out before rushing to tell me the time was set aside and I felt somewhat pressured to come in. I was the last patient on new years eve so circumstances were unusual as far as time went due to your being closed. It worked out fine but that bothered me.
It works so well that change would be catastrophic!!
