I had a great experience. Never before has a dentist fully explained in detail he status of my teeth. The high level of technology helped the detailed explanation, making a compelling argument. Dr. Deems was also very friendly and approachable. Very satisfied with my cleaning too. So far, all employees have been wonderful.
Assistant seemed rushed when I got there. I had asked to reschedule when she (the receptionist)called Monday due to money issues. She didn't hear me out before rushing to tell me the time was set aside and I felt somewhat pressured to come in. I was the last patient on new years eve so circumstances were unusual as far as time went due to your being closed. It worked out fine but that bothered me.
It works so well that change would be catastrophic!!

There are no surprises at CWD. All my questions are answered and I get an explanation about everything that is done. I get reminders about my appointments and they are always on time and prompt. Technology today allows for design work to be done immediately in the office and eliminates the need for a return visit. Staff is personable and professional. If there is ever a problem with anything, they will make it right I have always been pleased with my experience at CWD. .
Very professional staff and excellent service. Office is very state of the art and I would definitely recommend Cantrell West Dental to anyone.
