I've had a fantastic experience moving here thanks to Damien, Din, and Trisha on the Property Management Team. From the moment I've moved in they have been incredibly helpful answering questions, addressing concerns, and making sure everything was running smoothly. The apartment is modern and well maintained with natural lighting and lots of amenities. The area is peaceful and safe with everything I need close by. I highly recommend this place, especially with amazing management!
Currently counting down the days until my lease is over. Even with new staff in the office, customer service is still very terrible. The doors to the office are always closed so it isn’t very welcoming. The one time I took a chance and knocked on the doors because they were in there with the doors closed the skinny black man threw his arms out as if I was a bother, reaching out to the staff of the apartment that I pay for. I have been interacting and working with the current property management. It really makes this property management company stand out is their genuine interest in the well-being of their tenants. They go beyond just collecting rent and handling repairs—they actively listen to concerns and take action to ensure a great living experience. On several occation. Wow! I am so impressed with the new management Din and Damien! They are doing a great job keeping up with managing the building in the right direction. This morning we had the elevator down and it was fixed within 10 minutes. It used to take days to get it fixed.
Canvas apartments is a really nice and beautiful property, they offer a vast amount of amenities for families and single people alike, I live here and i truly enjoy how much the management is kind and attentive to the residents needs and how the community is very quite and respectful as well. Living in the art district also offers a great way for anyone to enjoy art and if your an artist or anybody looking for a beautiful place to live i highly recommend living at canvas apartments.
