Had 2 teeth extracted. I expected pain after the procedure and to feel weird all day. Somehow I didn't have any pain and felt clear headed almost immediately after "waking up". Just got back from the follow-up x-rays with my dentist, and he said they did a good job. So both how I felt and the outcome were 10/10. I feel the interactions with the front desk draw negative reviews, when this is a medical facility performing surgery. Front desk personnel is very rude , called in at 6 oclock pm and it must of been time for the day to end because I was rudely rushed off the phone by Sally. She wouldnt let me ask my questions, very aggressive and provided very poor customer service . In the medical field we must have people that are more compassionate and understanding of the patients. If time is short , maybe management should have a better protocol for answering phone lines close to closing time . I would never bring my kids here again . Choose somewhere... read more
This place was the very best option I've had so far. The dentist woke up in the middle of the night on a.Sunday just to sent my pain medication to CVS. I was on extremely high pain. Thank you!!. PD. Rosie is amazing as well in the front desk. Very kind and knowledgeable.Many was very patient and tolerance with me. He helped me thru the test and assisted me the whole time while being examined. They are all professionals.
This is the best dentistry I have ever been to everyone is so nice and the doctors took great care of me 10/10 would definently recommend
