Great experience at Canyon Ridge. They were very nice, accommodating, and transparent with pricing. Dr. Setlock did an incredible job performing a root canal on me. He made sure I understood everything that was happening, clearly answered any questions I had, and fixed a tooth that was causing me years of pain. My only regret is that I didn't go sooner. Highly recommend Dr. Setlock!
Great experience with Dr. James Perman. He was extremely helpful in explaining my issue and how to work through it. I just appreciated knowing what was going on with my tooth and my options for treatment.
I was dreading getting this root canal yesterday. I get there and find out they recommend I need to get TWO. With timing and scheduling, I’ll need to come back to do the second one next week. So I get this root canal done and I have to say, Rachel and Dr. Helvey were fantastic! From start to finish every single person in this practice went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Scheduling and rescheduling was a breeze, insurance information and payment so simple. Chelsea at the front desk and Dr. Molina and her hygienist, Rachel were amazing. My daughter was very uncomfortable with the idea of a root canal and they calmed her fears, were patient with her and performed an excellent procedure. I can not recommend them enough!
This review is specifically for the Scottsdale office. I had an emergency root canal done. It was by far the easiest and most un-stressful dental procedure I've had. Dr. Jason Setlock was professional and very sensitive to the situation. He made sure to keep me updated throughout the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and doing well.
