Dr. G has been amazing with both of our dogs (one which is a senior and the other a young puppy). She always takes her time and shares knowledgeable information which I love. Everyone at the office greets our babies, gives them treats, and makes it an all around great experience. I'm so sad we're pcs'ing but if we do come back to Bragg, we will be headed back to this office!

Business response:

Thank you for trusting us with your furry family, Nikki! You and your pups will surely be missed and if you are ever in town, please come in and say hi!

I've been taking my cat and dog to Cape Fear Animal Hospital for 6 years. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and professional, even when swamped with calls and scheduling. The Vets and techs have always shown compassion and professionalism toward my pets and myself. I can honestly say that I trust this facility with my pets well-being, safety, and concerns. Keep up the great work!!!

Business response:

Thank you for your generous feedback! Our team looks forward to seeing you again soon.

My cat dreads the trip in the car because he knows he's headed for the vet, and will probably get poked, stuck, or have to be around big dogs that bark. But once he's in the hands of the Vet, Dr Wheeler, he calms down and won't even protest. She's excellent with cats! And Dr Garringer performed a surgery on my cat and he's doing great. I won't consider any other clinic to take care of him.... he's got friends there.

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words, Rick! We lover caring for your kitty and appreciate you trusting us with his care.

We have been taking all our pets to Cape Fear Animal Hospital 20+ years. We have been happy with the care and kindness the doctors has given to our Fur-family members. Ms. Gale and employees at the front desk have always greeted us and our pets with friendliness and kindness also especially during the sad times we have to make a humane and very sad decision concerning our much loved Pet.

I started taking my Yorkie to CFAH in September 2015. I had just purchased him less than 24 hours prior to his visit to CFAH. My 'regular' vet was out of town for the week so when he got sick, I didn't know where to take him. I was referred there by a group of individuals who take all their animals there so they called CFAH on my behalf and asked if I could bring my baby there. I was told to bring him on over. They ran a number of tests and determined what the issue was. I had given them carte blanche to do what was necessar... read more

My 13 yr. old cat to got very sick and I took him to his vet at CFAH. He stayed there until the office was closing and it was determined that he needed to have round the clock care so he was transported to the emergency animal hospital. Unfortunately, he didn't make it and passed away just after midnight on Thanksgiving Day. Early that same morning, I received a call from Dr. G. and she was as devastated over my loss as I was. You just don't find many Veterinarins that care so much that they take time to call and express... read more
