Very friendly and super fast I'm getting my unit ready to use and I didn't even have to be there in person.
If I could give 10 stars I would. From the ease and quick use of the website, to complete my storage rental contract, make payment, receive email confirmation and a phone call from customer service making sure I received everything, knew which building my unit was in and ask and answer any questions I had. It was the most pleasant online and telephone customer service experience I've had in a long time.
On way to my unit I forgot my lock. So I was just going to put my belongings in the storage and come back and put my lock on. But I opened the unit and there was lock inside thank you Jesus. The gate was broke which they fixed the next day. Best place don't have to pay all the extra fees that come with renting a storage unit.
All I did was call up the number and ended up getting a deal for $15 a month for a 5 by 10. it was simple and easy. after I showed up. I was given the code and it was just that easy. I would definitely get another unit if I needed it in a heartbeat. Be sure to ask about the 75% off deal for the first 3 months.
