I got stuck inside the gate when it was snowing and the lady hung up on me and I eventually had to have my sister come and open the gate from the outside… that was not fun but otherwise it is clean and a decent place for storage! Nothing special…
So far customer service has been great! Hope it keeps up while I continue to use storage! 😊

So far so good! I love the ease of the online renting Capital City made it super simple and I found a pretty decent rate for my storage unit! Tomorrow it’s time to load that unit up! A++ App hopefully everything else is as easy!
Good storage place that doesn’t raise the rent every month or so.
