I have been going to this office past few years. I requested a refill for my prescription. They said that I need to make an appointment which I made. When I came to my appointment, they requested money up front. My insurance doesn’t have a co payment and I never paid anything up front. They refused taking me and I left. I get endoscopy every two years and always paid my bills. I get my B12 injection once a month and I pay my bills. Is there a rule change for payments?
This was my first visit with Dr Mark Gloger after the doctor I used to see regularly at the Capital Digestive Care location in Rockville, Maryland. Dr Gloger was courteous, attentive and thorough in trying to establish a mental profile of me as his new patient. I was also impressed by the fact that he had obviously reviewed the records of my past visits with his predecessor. This first visit with Dr. Gloger met my expectations as I left feeling confident that I was in competent, caring hands.
It was my first visit and Dr Sohail was great - very attentive, professional and kind. He made sure I understand everything and we are on the same page with the next steps, which I really appreciated. The front desk ladies were also kind and professional. This unfortunately cannot be said about the assistant who went through the questionnaire with me and took vitals…she was very direct, spoke mostly with commands and was visibly annoyed when I (a foreigner!) didn’t understand her right away. Developing relationship with Dr. Stephen Park, as my former doctor retired 12/31/24. Dr. Park is highly attentive and responsive and I look forward to his future care.
I'm not Beverly! I'm Daniel. This furthers my concern. Your telephone tree didn't allow me to reach a human after three attempts.I was directed to your website where I was invited to schedule an appointment. I filled out the required form, submitted it and have gotten no response.
