Avoid this office if you expect compassionate care or competent communication. I called Capital Digestive Care after vomiting for two weeks, making two trips to the ER, and being unable to keep food down. The woman who answered the phone was rude and told me the first available appointment with a physician was weeks away. How is someone with symptoms severe enough to require multiple ER visits supposed to wait weeks to see a doctor? Dr Strongin is very knowledgeable. She has an excellent bedside manner. She made me feel like an active participant in choosing the best alternatives for treatment as she provided multiple alternatives. I trust her. And, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful.
As always, Doctor Park is incredible, a great Medical provider. He is always friendly, thoughtful. He always listens and asks me questions and puts my concerns first. My experience has always been professional and efficient from the doctors and staff. I've been coming to this practice for quite a few years and would not think of going anywhere else if I was in need of their expertise now or in the future. When I have called the office the staff really takes an interest in my problem such that I had recently and got me into see Dr. Park as quickly as possible. Dr Park is excellent! I did not feel rushed as I shared my concerns with him and he listened thoughtfully. He then discussed with me the options for next steps and we decided together the approach to take. Highly recommended!!!
