This was my first visit with Capital Digestive Care and it was great. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses, anesthesiologist and of course the doctor were very professional yet kind and efficient in their duties. They explained everything in detail not to mention the video they sent to explain what would be happening. I also appreciated how quick my procedure was. I was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend!! This was my first visit and I did arrive 30 minutes early for insurance and information purposes but it didn’t take long to give them that. Even tho I had to wait a bit the first thing Catherine said was thank you for being so patient and she apologized for the wait and that felt good she acknowledged that. This establishment was really professional and very timely. The doctor and staff was awesome. The only concern that I have Is that the doctor talks really loud, so I did not feel like my business was private, also her nurse was talking about my private business as she was on her way out of the door. I would have given them five stars, however, I feel that this constructive criticism needed to be said.
I highly recommend this practice for excellent services . Very professional. Very kind compassionate, clear communication. I was very nervous and they calmed me with clear directions and procedures. I feel my concerns were heard and are all being addressed. Thank very much for the Drs and staff .
I am a returning patient to Capital Digestive Care. When I was last seen, it was still called Colonial Gastroenterology. The front desk staff at Capital are pleasant and professional. Dr. Chhatrala is very personable. The building is very conveniently located. It was a great visit!
