I wasn’t the one been seen at Capital digestive care it was my husband Matthew Pair been care for from Dr. Chhallaa. He’s a very nice doctor. During my scheduled appointment, was greeted by an office manager who provided me with info regarding completion of necessary paperwork then I waited to see other staff members who took part in assisting with my office visit. The staff was very professional and courteous and answered all my questions regarding my anticipated upcoming procedure. I was very pleased with my office visit; I found the atmosphere of the employees friendly and helpful.
Everything was very good. Everyone was very friendly. This was the first time I saw my dr face to face. He put me at ease right away and had me even laughing a lot. I would recommend him to everyone who needs a Gastro or Endoscopy Dr. His name is Dr. Chatrala, MD.
I recently dealt with a string of health issues and saw many doctors — Catherine McCann-Shelton was hands down the best. She listened to everything I had to say, patiently answered all my questions, and spent about 30 minutes with me without rushing. Instead of prescribing medicines right away, she ordered blood work and planned treatment based on the results. After weeks of feeling like I had to constantly advocate for my own care, Catherine was a true breath of fresh air. Highly recommend her and this practice.
