This was exceptional medical facility! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the time you arrived to the time you left you were well taken care of. I would like to give a special shout out to Dr. Ortiz. She was through and very approachable and never made me feel like any question was to small. I wasn’t the one been seen at Capital digestive care it was my husband Matthew Pair been care for from Dr. Chhallaa. He’s a very nice doctor. He been my husband Dr. for a long time the staff and the nurses everyone there are very nice and friendly. The doctor explained things to us concerning the surgery, he did on my husband. During my scheduled appointment, was greeted by an office manager who provided me with info regarding completion of necessary paperwork then I waited to see other staff members who took part in assisting with my office visit. The staff was very professional and courteous and answered all my questions regarding my anticipated upcoming procedure. I was very pleased with my office visit; I found the atmosphere of the employees friendly and helpful.
Very clean and quiet facility. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with the electronic tablet and provided copies upon request. The nurse was nice and willing to find out questions that she couldn't answer, and the Nurse Practitioner took time to answer questions regarding a procedure. Yes, I would recommend this place to family and friends.
