I would just like to thank everyone on the team for their efficiency, expertise, and professionalism and , in particularly, Dr. Zhang who has been my gastroenterologist for my last 3 colonoscopies. My wife is a surgical nurse and has worked with Dr. Zhang in the past and held her in the highest regard. My experience was clearly far better than I had anticipated. Everyone at the practice was as welcoming and pleasant as possible. On a day that no one wants to experience my day was a walk in the park.

The staff is helpful, and friendly. The facility is clean and comfortable. I have had several visits and they have all been as pleasant and positive as I can possibly imagine them being.

Scheduling my appointment was trouble-free. Communications with the staff were helpful. Also, the Portal is a great way to stay abreast of my status and treatment plan.

It was a nice visit. The receptionist and staff were all kind and friendly. The nurse and Tara Spalding who did see me that day were exceptional. The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5star is because I was promised to expect a call from the doctor that they refer me for the procedure but up until now I haven’t had any calls yet. Still hoping though. I told them I wanted the procedure to be done (hopefully) before school starts.
