Received wonderful care at this office. The nurse practitioner and physician that I saw listened to my concerns and seemed genuinely interested in determining what diagnostic test was indicated. Very pleased with all staff - front desk, nursing, NP and physician. I will continue to have my GI needs addressed at Capital Digestive/Williamsburg, VA location.
The staff was unbelievable… from the minute I entered the office to check in for my colonoscopy until my final check for release, there was music, laughter, and hand holding. The camaraderie shown to me put me completely at ease for a test that I was not looking forward to was above and beyond. Thank you, everyone, for your devoted care!
My Dr. is Dr. Kang who is very intelligent. He listens, he is very attentive, he asks questions and I can ask question which he responds with complete clarity. He treats me as an equal without the Dr .is more important attitude . Most important he is compassionate! I may not be completely cured when I leave but my mind is at ease that I will heal!
Dr T is awesome. Listened. Helped. Saw in hospital but better in office. Nice smile, made me feel at ease.
I really like Dr Zhang. She is very thorough and explains in layman’s terms. I lowered my review by one star because of excessive wait time.
