After my first visit with Dr. Chhatrala I told my husband "I love this doctor!" He was capable and caring. He listened carefully and made sure we understood each other. And he had a sense of humor!
I was unhappy with my other doctor in Capital Digestive Care before and I was going to change other gastroenterology. When I changed to Dr. Ravi, he was great doctor. It was my first visit with him, and he went through all my medical history to make sure. He explains clearly what I need to do. I think he is wonderful doctor who care for his patient and his staff and front ladies was great.
I like my doctor but the staff is terrible. The schedulers are rude. I had an appointment, was placed in a room and an hour later I was still waiting. When I stepped out of the room to say I had another appt go to, I was then told the Dr was running behind. I fully understand Dr’s being behind, I don’t understand the lack of communication by the staff and just letting me sit. Had my colonoscopy here. While the office staff were OK to deal with, the team doing the colonoscopies were absolutely wonderful - friendly, caring - absolutely making you feel at ease. I also liked their prep routine better than other gastro places
