These pictures they are showing on Google for the waiting room is a lie. This office is old as hell and outdated. They're systems are old the doctor is old also. My daughter use to go to this practice and we changed because of their outdated stuff. I've never been told by any of my doctors that I need to keep up when your referral expires. We had a appointment and was told that day that we needed to get a new referral because it's expired and they wasn't going to see her. I went to see Dr. Kasra Adham, MD a couple of months ago and it was a bad experience. I was in his office talking about everything I had going on with me and it took a couple of minutes for me to get somethings out. After talking to him for about 10 minutes we were trying come up with a plan but I was trying to see if he was listening to everything and he stated to me that all he was doing was listening for the last couple of minutes. Dr adham was great knowledgeable and took his time explaining and listening and didn’t rush to over prescribe. Jenny was sweet and listened. Front desk staff could be a little friendlier they were short. Wait time was about 10-15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Overall good experience
I have seen Dr. Adham since the beginning of the Pandemic (2020.) My visit went very smoothly. My paperwork to be completed was emailed (which, in my opinion, sped up the wait time.) The front desk staff was very pleasant with me. Joy was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Adham is always caring and listens intently. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the office atmosphere is a tad nostalgic😑
Customer service was awesome. The ladies work efficiently to ensure they have a smooth flow. I was able to get a new patient appointment in under 1 week. They have nice early hours and ample parking. While I was a little bothered that the physician did not do an exam, I understood why. The office scheduled me for a colonoscopy within 2 days of my visit to allow further examining. I must say I will return and will refer patients. This process was a breeze. They accept all insurances except DC Medicaid. Great job staff!!
