I’ve been to several different facilities, and Capital Digestive has by far been one of the best! Dr. Barsten truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which I really appreciated. She was thorough, compassionate, and performed a few procedures with great care and professionalism. Always felt at ease with Dr. Salcedo. Always left her appointments with complete confidence and a comfortable feeling regardless of the situation at hand. SUPERB. Megan was impressive as she worked to assist me without hesitation while I was accounting difficulties with insurance and Pharmacy’s’s issues. Don’t believe I would have had the success without her persistance to assist with those needs.
My Appointment with Dr Trent Martin was great! It started with me arriving on time the front Desk staff was vert polite, professional and very efficient collecting the necessary information that they needed updated me on changes that were made in the office. I did not get my choice in who I followed up with for Gastro. I was seen in Sentara VB the first time I ended up inpatient due to internal bleeding from an ulcer last year and since this group was who saw me I was told to follow up with them. At my first appointment I arrived plenty early only to be turned away due to inability to pay new patient copays. Dr. Martin and his team are awesome. They have cared for not only for me but family members as well even so far as saving my Father’s life. Great practice and team!
