This place is amazing. I recently moved to the area and have been desperate for a provider to listen to my concerns. Tori Martin and her nurse Eileen have been so attentive to my issues and needs. They’ve actually listened to me and gave me hope of finally finding out what’s wrong. I had an EGD done by Dr. Reuter on 2/26 who was great with his bedside manner. Was nervous going in, but the entire staff put me at ease from start to finish. Everyone was kind, professional, and reassuring, and they explained each step so I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure itself was quick and smooth, and the recovery staff was just as attentive. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for something that’s naturally stressful. Highly recommended this practice!
I gave 4 stars because of the woman at the front desk who checks in patients. She is rude and should be in the back because she is not welcoming at all. Doesn't acknowledge the person at the counter when she is occupied. It happened during the initial consultation and again the date of my colonscopy which was on 4/30. The front desk at this office is probably the worst that I’ve ever encountered. Rude from check in to check out, rude over the phone. My first appointment with them, I was treated poorly which made me not want to go back. Dr. Deshmukh could care less about the issues I had going on. They don’t inform you of any results from testing. I would avoid the Glenn Mitchell drive location unless you want to deal with unnecessary attitudes.
