I saw Dr. Trent D. Martin after my family physician and dentist recommended a GI evaluation. I wasn’t sure if I even had anything to be concerned about, but Dr. Martin was extremely knowledgeable and ordered the appropriate tests. Dr. Kristina Barsten and her team were very kind and professional. I was seen very quickly immediately when my Primary Care Provider at Bayview Physicians sent in a referral for me to get my first colonoscopy. I was never a patient at this location. However, when I called to see about switching to a doctor at this office, I was treated disrespectfully by the “switchboard operator”. I was originally trying to get a hold of someone at the Norfolk Capital Digestive care location, but the phone kept going to busy every time that I called.
