Honestly.. no one WANTS to need these services, but this is the place to go when you do. From the front desk to the back exam rooms and in-between, everyone has been so nice all 3 times I've been here over the years. Last visit, the young lady at the front desk was very patient explaining everything I'd need to do to prepare for an upcoming exam. Never felt rushed and she was very kind. Same goes for the BP check and my Dr. Bedside manner goes a long way and I always feel comfortable going here. Thank you!
Capital Digestive is very efficient and has nice people working there. I was happy with the result regarding my health issues. I did feel they are taking good care of you, listening to your problem and try the best to find a cure. DNP Julia Dinnen is very helpful understanding and considerate of her patients. I will recommend them anytime.
Today was my first visit there and I did not know what to expect, but everyone was so nice! When I first got there, the lady at the reception desk was so jolly at 7:52am, it for sure made a great impression on me! Best experience I have ever had. Stacy was very aware of my medical history and made informed and well thought out options. She was very kind and loving and I left the appt. feeling much better about my situation than when I came in.
I have always used the offices on Healthy Way and on Will O' Wisp Dr in Virginia Beach. Today I met with a new practitioner, Alexandra, and she was very attentive, listened to my concerns and was very professional. I felt at ease immediately. All of the staff at either office is always friendly and knowledgeable and take their time and treat me with respect.
