Honestly.. no one WANTS to need these services, but this is the place to go when you do. From the front desk to the back exam rooms and in-between, everyone has been so nice all 3 times I've been here over the years. Last visit, the young lady at the front desk was very patient explaining everything I'd need to do to prepare for an upcoming exam. Never felt rushed and she was very kind. Same goes for the BP check and my Dr. Bedside manner goes a long way and I always feel comfortable going here. Thank you!
Capital Digestive is very efficient and has nice people working there. I was happy with the result regarding my health issues. I did feel they are taking good care of you, listening to your problem and try the best to find a cure. DNP Julia Dinnen is very helpful understanding and considerate of her patients. I will recommend them anytime.
Best experience I have ever had. Stacy was very aware of my medical history and made informed and well thought out options. She was very kind and loving and I left the appt. feeling much better about my situation than when I came in.
I have always used the offices on Healthy Way and on Will O' Wisp Dr in Virginia Beach. Today I met with a new practitioner, Alexandra, and she was very attentive, listened to my concerns and was very professional. I felt at ease immediately. All of the staff at either office is always friendly and knowledgeable and take their time and treat me with respect.
This practice would get 10 stars from me if I could give them. Dr White is amazing, our first time meeting him was in the ER when my son who has Autism was in distress...he and the nurses doing his procedure that night were Heaven sent. They took such great care of him (and me too as I was nervous and in tears most of the time). We have had several visits since then along with another procedure and I have full confidence in him and the staff.
