Today was my first visit there and I did not know what to expect, but everyone was so nice! When I first got there, the lady at the reception desk was so jolly at 7:52am, it for sure made a great impression on me! I appreciated Julia Dinnen's efficiency during my appointment. I have a long and complex medical history which causes me to ramble sometimes. She had great active listening and kept me on track to ensure we got to the bottom of my issues. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed though, it was great. She took my concerns seriously and referred me for additional testing.
Julia D. is an outstanding PA. She is a fantastic communicator. She is genuinely interested in my health and takes the time to answers all my questions. I am very comfortable talking to her and do not feel she is rushing me out the door. I can’t begin to tell you how ‘highly satisfied’ I am with Julia as my PA.
I cannot say enough good things about this practice. If you’re looking for someone who listens , genuinely cares, and explains things thoroughly I highly recommend Stacy Utton. I have referred family here and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
I felt right at home from the minute I entered the office. My every concern was heard and addressed. I was very happy with my treatment overall!
