I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding my recent visit to Saint peters colon and rectal surgery department on 8/22/24. Recently I had my first colonoscopy (awful experience) and there were some complications that lingered because of the 'prep' that was involved. Being that I was in pain they actually fit me in the next day! When I booked the appt. Dr. Yip is the best after suffering 4 years of unbelievable pain and discomfort she gave me my life back. Words can't describe how grateful I am for Dr Yip offering to do surgery on me and being able to pass gas and have bowel movements finally after 4 years of not being able too. I had surgery recently and can already feel the difference. Forever blessed and grateful for Dr Yip saving my life and giving me my life back.
Dr. Steckle performed surgery On my mom. Very caring and patient Dr. He took his time explaining everything to us before surgery and at my moms post op appt. I would highly recommend him. The office staff was amazing also. For me to take the time out to leave a review for a doctor means he was outstanding!
I have had issues for over a decade that made day to day living difficult. Dr. Genua helped give me my life back! She is very patient and understanding, and helped ease my worries about having surgery. I recommend this practice to anyone who needs it.
