According to the listing, there are supposed to be 9 reviews here however only 7 show on my screen. The review I posted last year is not showing - soooo here we go again: I had an appointment on March 28, 2023 with Dr. Shuman for a routine follow-up appointment. He is a good doctor & has an upbeat & friendly personality. However as I arrive at the reception window, a paper facemask is tossed out the small slot in the plexiglass. I have tried a numerous occasions to call this place & to establish myself as a new patient. I haven't had much success at all. Today was a new low. I called through the phone tree, and operator answered and said hold without asking anything else, and I held for what seemed like 10 to 15 minutes. Then the phone started to ring, only to continuously ring without anybody answering. What kind of horse hockey kind of phone service is this? Had a lithotripsy on Thursday. Was in agony Saturday night. Brought out in big welts on all parts of my body the was exposed to X-ray beams. Thought a first I might be bed bugs but my nurse wife though it was reaction to the rays. Called the hospital and they said they would take under advisement. That was My last communication with the. Bought stand the pain any longer so went to on call. They diagnosed me with Covid. Appears I got it at the hospital!!! Not a happy camper from this experience!!!!
All the reasons that I can think of that would cause one to go to a Urology office can be scary. I interacted with 4 humans while I was here and they were all fantastic. Dr. Shuman was exceptionally professional without being cold or overly clinical. He addressed my concerns and answered my questions. I left feeling less worry about my health and the care they provide. I was treated with good nature by good-natured people.
Good physician. She has a reassuring, welcoming personality and she knows how to listen to her patients We went over my condition and made/modified treatment plans that fit my specific situation. I doubt I could have received better care from anyone else.
