My truck died at a gas station and wouldn’t restart, fresh out of warranty for the cause of failure Capitol Chevy mainly Josh Claro and Jorge Rocha worked their magic and had me out of there for minimal cost. The amount of work these guys did to make me whole was above and beyond despite being slammed. They are the only reason I would buy a Chevy truck again (but with a better warranty next time ) Silverado 3/10 these guys 10/10!
Had truck for 6 days before it broke down. Shop had it 12 before a claim was even submitted to warranty. I called everyday begging to get the truck done because I needed it to go to work and I work pipeline. Had to beg and borrow to get to work in Ohio. Still took over a month. Get lucky and get wait time for the holidays so I come home 2 days after my truck is finished and pick it up. I really loved my experience there at Capital Chevrolet. They did a great and amazing job. Nick, my service guy who helped me was amazing. Answered every question I needed and answered every call if I called him. My tech guy was super fantastic. So kind and helpful. I'm so thankful for all the help that he gave me and Nick and getting my truck back to me as fast as they could. Thank you, Capital Chevrolet.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Capital Chevrolet in Austin needs to be shared. In 2023, I purchased a new Chevy Trailblazer from this location and within months experienced electrical issues. The service department offered minimal support, and I struggled to even get a loaner vehicle. Ultimately, the experience was so frustrating that I traded it in and purchased a new 2024 Trailblazer, again from Capital Chevrolet. Dropped off my 2019 Tahoe off with Jacinto Campuzano last week. It had problems with the cooling system and had set some codes. I bought it at Capitol slightly used five years ago. It’s been a good truck. Always goes back to Capital for service. I first started with Capital 1975 at the Lamar 6th street location and had a few trucks since then. All Capital Chevrolet.
