In summary I would recommend this place for repairs. The attention was great, communication was great, friendly staff. Prices seemed fair but I'm not entirely sure as I never had those repairs done on my vehicle. I really liked that they returned the car washed and vacuumed! I believe that is rare and much appreciated. I would give perfect score if it would have not taken days to finish the job and also, they charge 3% for credit card payment so make sure you bring a pile of cash or use debit card. This was the best service that I have ever received at Capital Chevrolet since purchasing my vehicle. The representative that assisted me upon arrival clearly explained the process and the wait time. He explained that additional checks would be made on the vehicle and that I would receive a list of recommended services if need. He notified me when my vehicle was completed and answered my questions.
They are the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I never leave bad reviews but I want to warn people how shady this dealership is. I took my Tahoe in for a recall repair and my horn didn’t work. They sent me 6 major repair requests which I agreed to 4 out of the 6. One of them was a multi-point inspection. I told them I was driving my Tahoe from Texas to Montana for a trip. They scratched my Tahoe while it was there. This was my first time having my Chevy serviced here. I bought the car from an AutoNation Chevrolet dealership In North Austin. This is a night and day difference in service and experience from that dealership. Fabian was assisting me and greeted me warmly as I dropped my car off first thing in the morning. He was in contact within a half hour of a report on the courtesy inspection they run and had the recall on my car taken care of within a few few hours. This dealership completely redefines the auto service experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and they respect your time. Daniel Orozco, took great care of me, provided a clear diagnostic video, and finished the work flawlessly. They make you feel like family rather than just another transaction. 10/10!
