In summary I would recommend this place for repairs. The attention was great, communication was great, friendly staff. Prices seemed fair but I'm not entirely sure as I never had those repairs done on my vehicle. I really liked that they returned the car washed and vacuumed! I believe that is rare and much appreciated. I would give perfect score if it would have not taken days to finish the job and also, they charge 3% for credit card payment so make sure you bring a pile of cash or use debit card. I had a great experience at Capital Chevrolet! Nick Erwin was very attentive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly during my oil change visit. He kept me informed and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Nick and Capital Chevrolet!
They are the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I never leave bad reviews but I want to warn people how shady this dealership is. I took my Tahoe in for a recall repair and my horn didn’t work. They sent me 6 major repair requests which I agreed to 4 out of the 6. One of them was a multi-point inspection. I told them I was driving my Tahoe from Texas to Montana for a trip. They scratched my Tahoe while it was there. I'd like to shoutout my service representative, Jose Medina, who did a fantastic job helping me with the oil change, along with other services I had requested. He was professional and made sure my experience was positive. Highly recommend having him help you during your time in the Service Center.
I live in California and bought a truck from these guys sight unseen, 1,400 miles away. I emailed fifteen dealers around the country looking for a very specific configuration.
