I was very impressed with the service department. Clayton was amazing. By far the best trip to a dealership service center in my lifetime. I was amazingly impressed. A rough time for a vehicle owner is dealing with breakdowns and to have such an easy transaction with great customer service helps tremendously
My experience was absolutely wonderful. My service advisor, nick, was very communicative, knowledgeable and overall great. I was baffled at the short time it took to get all the services done on my car. Highly recommended. Also to add, when I dropped my car off I needed a rental but no way to get to the place. THEY ordered me an Uber and paid for it to take me to hertz across the freeway. That alone impressed me and I was very grateful for that!
Wicked fast and professional service department. My truck had a special coverage repair from GM and they responded same day and in less than 24 hours had part in hand, replaced and ready. Big thanks to Clayton for the great communication and smooth service.
Had truck for 6 days before it broke down. Shop had it 12 before a claim was even submitted to warranty. I called everyday begging to get the truck done because I needed it to go to work and I work pipeline. Had to beg and borrow to get to work in Ohio. Still took over a month. Get lucky and get wait time for the holidays so I come home 2 days after my truck is finished and pick it up. Alberto did an amazing job explaining what my car needed. And want to express my opinion about the way the personnel expressed about the clients they serve. I recommend monthly trainings on customer service in order to represent the Chevrolet company appropriate. Points to go over on a monthly basis: 1. Speak your mind in private. A. Tone of voice, and rascist comments Infront of customers are not necessary. 2. Do not lie, or take advantage of customers 3.
