I had a poor experience with repair on my truck; took them over 3 days just to diagnose and look at the truck then couple more to do a simple repair; average cost is $300-$700, they charged me well over the high end $900 and the part was only $130. …Which did not fix the problem, they tried again and I ended up having to take it to another mechanic shop. AVOID for repairs, routine maintenance may be fine
Very easy to schedule my required maintenance online. From drop off to pick up of my vehicle was very easy. Working with the service department (Crizelda) was very simple, and she communicated nonstop for the two days so that I was aware of the status of my vehicle. I was able to speak with the technician who worked on my vehicle, and he provided me genuine and exacting information about the work he performed and other information about the status of my car. I took my corvette in for a 45,000 mile service on my transmission. Josh in the service department was excellent, easy to communicate with, and I feel that I was charged a very fair rate for the work that was done. I was very impressed and they have absolutely earned my business moving forward. Based on my experience in the service department and my limited interactions with the sales team (didn’t buy this car there), I will definitely give Capitol Chevy the first shot at my business next time I buy a car.
My experience was absolutely wonderful. My service advisor, nick, was very communicative, knowledgeable and overall great. I was baffled at the short time it took to get all the services done on my car. Highly recommended. Also to add, when I dropped my car off I needed a rental but no way to get to the place. THEY ordered me an Uber and paid for it to take me to hertz across the freeway. That alone impressed me and I was very grateful for that!
I was able to set my appointment up the same day Fabian service agent took real good care of me real polite, courteous he explained everything that was going on. He didn’t pressure me. He did a really good job.
