Great place to live. First time to be in my own place as I’m attending OU med. Well light up, security and a gated community. Staff are so kind and helpful. Made the whole process smooth for me. Thank you!
Ms Jeni (Manager) has gone beyond the call of duty for me. Making sure that I'm alright since I am an elderly and on my own. She has even shared her dinner with me after my accident fall. She checks in on me. And she is always going out of her way to help others. In see her cleaning the pool and picking up trash to insure cleanness of the property. She is an awesome employee.
I have been here for a few months and the office staff really go out of their way to help with any issues. I say above and beyond putting up with the tenants!! I really miss one of the employees who I haven't seen for a couple weeks! Definitely a SUPER BIG LOSS to the property itself!! OT was truly customer service, helping with everything! The place was great when I first moved in but they have changed management like 5 times. I got locked out of my apartment due to pest control and had to buy a hotel due to no maintenance available. The maintenance guys are great and do a killer job. They are super respectful and always give a great smile. The office lady with the dark brown hair is generally a rude person and definitely wakes up on the wrong side of the bed. Be aware before moving here!!
