DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have lived here for a few years now, and ever since the new management Vesta took over, it has been disaster after disaster. I have mold growing on my bathroom ceiling and maintenance came in for 2 seconds, sprayed it with something that looked like paint, and left. When I went to the office to address my concerns, Jenni was extremely rude and dismissive of me. I have talked to her multiple times and always received this terrible attitude. I have been here for a few months and the office staff really go out of their way to help with any issues. I say above and beyond putting up with the tenants!! I really miss one of the employees who I haven't seen for a couple weeks! Definitely a SUPER BIG LOSS to the property itself!! OT was truly customer service, helping with everything! Great place to live, love the atmosphere.office personnel made me feel like home before moving in.I have no regrets moving here. Good maintenance, safe place to live .i moved in 7months ago. definitely a 10.
Ms Jeni (Manager) has gone beyond the call of duty for me. Making sure that I'm alright since I am an elderly and on my own. She has even shared her dinner with me after my accident fall. She checks in on me. And she is always going out of her way to help others. In see her cleaning the pool and picking up trash to insure cleanness of the property. She is an awesome employee.
