I lived here for the past two years as a medical student and I have nothing but good things to say! The staff is super friendly, and management is very easy to get into contact with, as well as very proactive and communicative. It is very easy to get maintenance done as well and in a timely manner. My dog loved the dog parks on property, and having the pool to hang out in was very nice. It’s a great location and price if you’re going to any program at OUHSC!
DO NOT move here. The absolute worst Apartment experience I’ve ever had. We have no maintenance for the property. Things are broken all over the property. You can’t even call the office because it goes out to some call agency and then you never get a call back. You wanna waste $1300 a month this is the place to do it.
So far my experience has been garbage. The one lady in the office who did my tour and helped me with paperwork is absolutely wonderful the other 2 though I have no words. I moved in and there was poop on the floor of the bathroom, and none of my bedroom windows open. Also the building is supposed to have locked doors only accessible by key fob but the door is never locked anyone can get in and on top of that I don’t even have a mailbox. UPDATE: 3 months since moving out…The leasing office manager finally responded to my email saying “we’re sorry but you need to contact corporate”. I call the corporate number and it’s YET ANOTHER call center that can only take and forward messages. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent from these people!!! TLDR; THEY PAID ME WITH A BOUNCED CHECK!!!! Rented here for 2 years, paid my rent on time every month and had no major issues until I moved out in June. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have lived here for a few years now, and ever since the new management Vesta took over, it has been disaster after disaster. I have mold growing on my bathroom ceiling and maintenance came in for 2 seconds, sprayed it with something that looked like paint, and left. When I went to the office to address my concerns, Jenni was extremely rude and dismissive of me. I have talked to her multiple times and always received this terrible attitude.
