Convenient but dated Convenient location, but the building is dated. The apartments and neighbors are nice.

terribly bad maintenance department you want a maintenance department that ignores your requests for days so that the issue stretches into weeks, hangs up on you when you call, then completely dismisses you when they do show up two weeks later? live here! horrifically bad maintenance team.

It's A Place to Live, If You Really Need It Pros: Affordable rent options for folks who make below a certain annual amount, clean pool, lots of trees in courtyard, spacious floor plans, large balconies. The gym has basic weightlifting equipment (but they always get stolen), elliptical, treadmill and bike options (once broken it takes months to fix); there is no AC, only ceiling fans. Pros and Cons Cons: The building has zero security and anyone can get in. The gates are constantly broken and management is never in a rush to fix them or notify residents that they are broken. Most of the building is in need of major renovation. Pros: The maintenance team is amazing and always fix things in a timely manner. The units are large and wood floors are beautiful. However, make sure, if you sign lease, that you are NOT getting an "efficiency unit". They are 1/4 smaller than their average studios but cost the same ... read more

Crime-Ridden and Dirty! Crime-ridden, dirty, security just for show, water shut offs every week, rude management, can hear the highway literally nonstop, constantly smelled like marijuana, laundry machines rarely work and are contaminated. Absolutely every single package I had delivered there was stolen. Once, a package was stolen within 15 minutes of delivery. Management doesn't care and refuses to install security cameras to hallways. When I was moving out, multiple people stopped me and said "good for you for getting out"... read more

Ok but could be better communication I needed to re certify my lease for next year and my lease is about to end in a month .I suffered through with my child in a small studio apartment with no space for us for a year ,called the office like the letter told me since I am a month away from my lease ending was told someone would call me back and they never did ,they were good about emailing back but that doesn't happen either , so what will me and my child do and its time to renew is the question. also I have experienced proper... read more

Security is a joke We are moving out after living here for almost 3 years. When we moved in we had horrible luck with the leasing agent Erica. She lost some of our paperwork and told us 3 months after we moved in so we had to fill it all out again. They used to have 24 hour security but now you are lucky if you can find them during the day or night. You can call for security at night if you need them but good luck ever getting a hold of someone. It's best to go look for them unless you are trying to be discreet. The last str... read more
