I have revised the review I previously left for this pharmacy. My initial experience was that I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy for a very expensive drug. I was called on the phone to advise that the drug was not covered by my insurance. But the representative offered me no other options, even to pay for the entire cost out of pocket, and I had to ask her whether she had any medicines that could be substituted. Customer Service folks were pleasant and easy to deal with over the phone. Rx arrived in a timely fashion. I’m pleased to order Rx again from Capstone.
The pharmacist was very nice. Gave me information on how to get a discount on my medication via mail order and it came within five days. Good job.
Great customer service. Amazing price on what my daughter needed and I love that they ship so quickly! Highly recommended!!
I have always used their delivery option and have been super happy with the process. My dr submitted my prescription to them and they work with the Nimble app. When I didn’t have a refill available, I called Capstone and easily got that requested!
