Don’t Rent the owner is very rude he will cut your car off after you paid text and call all times of night and the morning the cars are not worth 90$ a day and to get treated in such away is crazy The owner don’t know how to speak to woman or people period Don’t waist your time or money I know we need the car however it’s not worth the stress of being talked to or treated in such away. Oh my God where can I start, well Whitney is very good she trys her best to get things resolved but the owner Andy is rude and unprofessional, he calls your phone all time or night and he is very rude to women. He always threatened to cut the car off even if a payment is made. He doesn't care about his customers at all especially if you are a woman. This is the worst car place to rent from .. Andy has a nasty attitude very very nasty , very unprofessional and controlling. I rented the car for him Saturday 2/15/25 and that night when I started the car, I notice the car didn’t have any lights on the passenger side of the car I called Andy and told him about it and he started getting very very aggressive with me .( never did fix the light or Reimburse me for the light I purchased) I continue my night at the end if my night I tried to crank the car up and the car wouldn’t ... read more
Rude and unprofessional over the phone, talked over me multiple times and told them that I needed a car next week for two days but he kept saying that there weren't any cars available for today and no matter how many times I've told him "not for today but for next week" he brushed it off and hung up in my face. The reviews that speak positively aren't at all real.
Horrible experience I have never in my life had this type of bad business. I will never ever deal with this again. Andy needs to be closed and me and my family will make sure of it. Worst place ever. However, the assistant was awesome I loved her!!. DONT RENT DONT RENT DONT RENT
