It’s a great experience. Counseling getting in tune with my feelings and emotions. The counselor Mrs. Oconnor was good with helping me understand myself and examine my emotions. This was a tough time due to the loss of my mother.
My first visit was great. The counselor was interested, asked appropriate questions, and genuinely seems to want to help me.
Cara has been very insightful and working with me to gain more self confidence in myself.
The booking online did not Work well. I had to call for appointments. Luckily my therapist was able to book the next appointments at the end of our sessions
