MICE DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE! Do not rent here! They raise the rent with no notice 3 times haven’t even been there 2 years. We were paying $165 for unit the size of a closet. Zero security! Once we decided to move out we realized that our storage unit had mouse droppings all over! Our bags hard been ripped probably by the mice. Had toss more than 1/2 our stuff. They also only gave us one key but said we were given 2 and charged us for a “lost key”. Unbelievable
Don't rent here! This has to be one of the worst storages to deal with. In the time I have been there they have continued to raise the rent. The last rent increase was $30 which represented what I believe to be close to a 15% to 20% rent increase with no notice. The front office manager is incredibly rude and absolutely unhelpful. They raise the rent with no written notice and then try to collect back rent on the rent increase. Don't rent here. There are MUCH better options in the valley.
Do you enjoy continued price raising? If so then here is where your wallet will shed a thousand tears. I recommend against this place, storage units also are poorly maintained, during winter barely any snow removal. They have a gate and a keypad code, yet often leave their gates wide open in the middle of the night. Also no security cameras around the other gates, nor near the units, which could be good or bad depending on your threat model. Finally, everyone in the office is rude & slackers. Definitely don't rent here!
Do not store your things here. They forgot to add our credit card auto payment (after we gave it to them) and they expect us to pay three months all at once when it was their fault. The service is terrible and they don’t care about their costumers. Should have read the previous reviews. I really hope the owner Del calls me to discuss this
