The parking Attendants to the Lab Technicians (bit busy but they'll get you in) and the check-in Administrators and the Nurses the Internship also the Doctors. Both Chemotherapy "Chemo" and Radiology always greeted with smiles, professionalism and a caring understanding to help you out and your family.
My primary physician referred me to this center for a second opinion. Overall the procedure was great. It was the front desk that was/is an issue. The lady, too busy on her phone, incorrectly told me that my insurance would cover my services. It did not and I was charged for them. When I brought this up and complained, I was brushed off. I have been going here for 7 years. They are honest about limitations, which are often scheduling, but they are willing to work with you. Nurses are wonderful. The lab techs are the best and I have a lot of blood drawn. My one issue is scheduling. Don’t miss or need to reschedule an appointment, because it’s impossible to reschedule in any time frame that makes sense for your specific issue. My husband had a sleep study test done yesterday and he had the most wonderful Tech her name is Pam McNichols. She was fantastic! Great personality and she was very informative. Just had a great spirit. Loyola is very lucky to have her. It is sad to hear that they are closing this location down for sleep study. Because a lot of people are going to miss out on what my husband experience. Pam's great spirit and professionalism. I am so happy that he was able to get this about and treated by such a wonderful person!!
