Myrna Alicea, NP is an excellent practitioner. She is thorough and explains your test results in detail. She is respectful and compassionate to her patients. It is a joy to have someone who actually listens to your concerns and symptoms and tries to find out what the cause is. She truly is an asset to your group.

Generally things were good with one exception. The NP who took the photos told me to lie very still for 9 minutes. She left the room and did not return until 18 minutes passed. She never told me about the extra time??? Then at the end after the final photos she left three of the stickers on my body, the one’s that she clipped the sensors onto. I finally saw them when I undressed at home ????? She seemed to be focused on “other” things.

Whoever is answering the phones could work on their customer service skills. Being rude about asking if you have availability within a certain time frame isn't it. You're scheduling appointments, not guarding Fort Knox gold

Wow have they gone down hill. Since all my female cardiologist have left no chouce but to see a new one. Not only did he not listen to a word i said, prescibed a med i am allergic to, after i told him the akternative prescibed by another cardiologist that worked just fine. Then doubled down with another med for same thing without discussing it at all. Given i take chemo meds, please discuss any and all changes. I have to run them by my oncologist! What a incompetent twit! Never again.
