Care Connect is based in West Chicago but serving employers/individuals NATIONWIDE for DOT drug and alcohol testing. At this time, we are offering covid-19 testing and drug/alcohol testing. We have an excellent team of DOT qualified technicians on board. We offer DOT/NonDOT Drug Test and Alcohol tests. Large parking lot for trucks!! UPDATE: Free COVID testing is on hold due to no government funding. We are constantly trying to improve ourselves, if you have any questions or suggestions call/text us! We are here to help!

Arrived at 9:35am on a Thursday and wasn’t open although the hours on the website state opens at 9:30
GREAT experience. There was a miscommunication on my appointment time but everything was handled very professionally, even going out of there or way to make the accommodations to service me for my drug screening. From start to finish, it was a quick and easy process. Highly Recommend !!

Have come here numerous times to get tests, before they were free no matter what. Apparently as of now i need to pay for a test. Other than that the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. If you need a test and dont feel the best this is a great place to go, and the cheapest!
