RecommendedThere are a LOT of pool companies out there, and it is soooo difficult to weed the good ones from the not-so-good-ones. Trust us, we did our homework, and Carefree Pools, and owner Doug Atkins, stood out among the rest. Doug and his entire team took care of us, walked us through every option (without a bit of pressure), was completely transparent with pricing (going thru an estimate, line by line as we sat in their office), allowed us the ability to at-will and later edit/revise the line items... and gave us what we envision... read more
RecommendedCare Free built our pool in March of 2021. We have never had a single problem until now. Our Prowler Pool Robot went on the blink and I had read some reviews on Dolphin Prowler that said it took months to have things repaired. Care Free had ours fixed and up and running within 2 weeks. Amanda, Heather, and Mark took great care of us. I highly recommend Care Free Pool Company!!!
CareFree is exactly how I'd describe this company. As our neighbor was having a pool installed, the delivery guy carelessly drove into our front yard, driving over landscaping rocks and irrigation heads. As I attempted to have them stop and at least acknowledge that they'd driven into my yard, the head gentlemen refused to converse with me and kept saying he wasn't the manager.
