We picked this community because: 1. All the staff is trained & practice the Teepa Snow method of caregiving. 2. Dementia patients are segregated by their cognitive levels on different floors. 3. My Mom is at Careone and we find the staff and facilities excellent. [name removed] and the entire team are great! They are attentive, compassionate and understanding. They are responsive to issues quickly and never give you a run around like several place we have experienced in the past. I highly recommend. 5 stars!
No activity person for memory care really needed to keep residents busy.
The staff members at Harmony Village at CareOne are all very caring, informative, and the facility is clean and inviting. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.
My mother lives in the assisted living portion. They are kind, encouraging, and caring. They have activities every day and try to get all residents involved. We visit every day so we make sure all is well. Her little apartment is adorable and they respond quickly to any work orders or maintenance requests. It is nice to walk my mother down the hallway and hear the employees call her by name. Very pleased with the care she receives here.
Attentive to patient's needs. Laundry seems to be a challenge at times, despite my mom's name in her clothes...some missing, and other clothes just have no identification
When it comes to the activities this could be more because my mom doesn't participate much(her choice most of the time). The director [name removed] and [name removed], the head of nursing have been amazing to us. They are caring and compassionate and really have gotten to know my mom and her needs. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Harmony Village to other families.

My experience at Harmony Village Jackson was that it was very hard to reach the administration. They were very lax in and needed to improve their communication.
Out of all the places I checked, this was the best suited for my needs and I liked everything about it. We picked this community, becauseI liked the location, the facility and the staff. I would recommend to others.
