I am/was a resident of this facility My experience with Lexington Healthcare was very positive. I went in a wheelchair, and I came out walking. The staff was excellent and very professional. They do have large day rooms and recreational programs. I received very good care there.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I am so happy and please with the care I received from this facility. The nurses were good but can improve. The highlight of my stay was the therapy. The rehab team was beyond excellent. The therapists were so caring and passionate. They communicated clearly to me what they want me to accomplish. The rehab manager (rudy) was very involved with the patient care and he is the best@

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mom is in a nursing home that she was once in before; she is familiar with it, so we opted to go with that. She is at CareOne at Holmdel. She likes it. The property itself is nice. It is fully landscaped. It’s beautiful.

I visited this facility We visited CareOne at The Cupola. This place was beautiful. It was like a resort. They were very helpful and very nice. The people were helpful. They went out of their way to make you comfortable. The rooms were average size. I would say the studio apartment was small but like single-bedroom. If money wasn’t an issue, I would recommend CareOne. The courtyard where seniors meet in the middle of the place was all cobblestones. It was really nice. They have a happy hour for the elderly. I visited this facility CareOne at Moorestown was extremely nice. We had a nice tour. I thought they had a lot of things going for it. I was seriously considering them, but my father passed away, so it wasn’t necessary to continue my search. It had nice grounds, and they seemed to take care the different levels of people. I am a current client of this provider My father was in Care One for rehab. The staff was very good and very friendly. The room had 2 beds. I think they’re very good, very professional, and quick to respond.

I visited this facility Care One At Somerset Valley was very nice and good, and the rooms are superb. The staff is very professional, and the price was reasonable. The dining room was very nice also. Although I think it's reasonable, I thought it would be great if they could bring the price down a little bit. I liked the accommodations and the staff.

I visited this facility I was really impressed with CareOne and how it was ran. It was a beautiful facility. But the cost was so expensive, and they didn’t accept Medicaid. I loved that they had a glass enclosure with birds, and it was a very calm environment, and then they had something with fish, so it was something different than the other places. They were actually in the middle of doing construction when we were there. I thought it was beautiful but very costly. The location was very nice; the environment was very nice.... read more

I am a friend or relative of resident My mother was sent to careone to rehab after she left the hospital. She then was told she needed long term care. I was so glad they had a bed for her the rns lpns cna they were all so great very easy to talk to right down to everyone in the offices. They took good care pf my mother who was 90 years old. She had a lot of pain and passed away a week ago. but I would not of wanted her anywhere else.
