I am a friend or relative of resident My mom stayed here for a few weeks for rehab (OT and PT) after a bad fall. The nurses and PT/OT staff were very good. She was miserable and in a lot of pain, they all treated her with kindness and respect. They pushed her to get better but also accommodated her needs and concerns. I am a friend or relative of resident My mother in law was here for rehab and they did a fantastic job. My advice is if you have any concerns, TELL THEM! They will address it right away and then go above and beyond to make sure it does not happen again. The administrator genuinely cares and you can see that in how she is interacting with the residents/ families daily. The head nurse on my moms floor, Terry, was so kind and loving. I am a friend or relative of a resident We’re going to hope for CareOne and wait for my mom to mentally say that she’s ready. Their dining area was set up like a restaurant, so it’s good. Their food was institutional food, but their staff seemed a lot better than the other two places she had been in. She was happier there than with the other ones, and we thought she was going to stay, but she decided to come home. I am a friend or relative of a resident Redstone was quite OK. The room my mother had was very clean with very pleasant decorations. I don't have any complaints about the staff. My mother had therapy there.

I am a friend or relative of a resident My mom has been in CareOne for over a year and a half and is doing fine. I really like it. They provide everything you need. My mom has Alzheimer’s, so she doesn’t do many activities. The work ethics are fine. She loves the food. The room is very clean and very nice. The staff is very good, pleasant, and well trained.

I am a friend or relative of resident The rehab team is EXCELLENT! The interaction of the therapist to their patients is beyond excellent. Rudy , the director of rehab is smart and very passionate to the patients. The nurses and aides are good but can improve. The place is very clean and do not smell at all. My mother is happy, and my family is happy to see my mother improved a lot with rehab. But I suggest to offer better food.

I am a friend or relative of a resident The community at CareOne is very nice. The nursing staff and the people who work there are very good, but it’s very expensive, and Mother has to share a room. The service and food is very good. They have programs for Alzheimer’s and dementia, but they need to increase those and allow access to the outside.

I visited this facility I liked Sweetwood of Williamstown. Williamstown is a college town that offers lots of stuff to do and lots of restaurants, and the town itself is great. The dining area was shaped differently than other places but still very nice. The wait staff was also very nice.

I am a friend or relative of resident EXCELLENT!!!! Care One at Lexington offers the best nursing and therapy care. My mother was admitted recently at Care One at Lexington because of pneumonia. At age 89, she was given the most caring, sincere and passionate attention from the staff. The therapy is above FIVE star.- OT, PT and Speech are high caliber professionals. The place is newly renovated, The food is okey but can be improve. Highly Recommended!
