I am a friend or relative of resident I have read the reviews on this page and I am shocked as I have had a family member here for the last 3 years and I can honestly say that this facility is wonderful. I have visited friends in other "rehab" centers / nursing homes and this is the best. I am always recommending CareOne at Lexington/ Lexington Health Care Center to anyone who may be in need of short term rehab and or long term care. I am a friend or relative of a resident My father in law has been living there for 2 years, the people who work there are very kind and compassionate to make sure he is comfortable. I see it more as a family among the patients and staff! I hope they never change! Highly recommended!

I visited this facility I have been into CareOne at Wayne. I have seen that most of the people there were in a wheelchair. I also noticed that the rooms were too small. They do have a wonderful dining area with high ceilings and deep windows. The staff provided good service too. They even offered lunch during my visit. They also had a lot of activities in there for the residents. I think everything was excellent.

I am/was a resident of this facility I stayed at Care One recently. It was the fourth time I was here since 2009. The best things about the facility are the therapists and the nurses and aides. They are trying to do their best. However, the kitchen did not seem to know what they were doing. When my roommate and I filled out our meal choices, we almost always received the opposite. I visited this facility We were directed around by Stephanie at CareOne at Morris, and she took a lot of time explaining the different programs that they had and the levels of care that they had. Everything was very clean, and the people that worked there seemed very friendly. The residents were coming and going in a common area. They were setting up for a friends and family event that they were having. It's beautiful. It just really comes down to finances basically.

I am a friend or relative of resident Rating 4.5* My mother is at the facility in rehab. Overall, staff is very caring and friendly. Food a bit bland at times, but you'll get a delicious dish here and there. The place has activities to keep residents engaged. Nursing attention is good (B+), and would consider if had to keep my mom there. Negatives - parking is valet during peak times, and scheduled appt 3 weeks ago for haircut for mother and still has not happened.

I am a friend or relative of a resident We were happy with Care One and the service provided for my mom. The staff was very nice. They were in the process of redoing the rooms and the whole building, but her room was well-kept. We were pleased with the service. They were very compassionate and really good with us and our Mom.

I am a friend or relative of resident My family member was in other facilities in the past. This is by far the best. 3 others referred me to them (who have had good past experiences) and they were right. I'd ignore the negative reviews as it just doesn't fit to me and all others I know who have experienced a loved one going through rehab.

I am/was a resident of this facility Excellent care and great staff only issue was the lunch which I found was a little bland and when I requested something else due to no flavor they did not hesitate to provide. Also what a wonderful breakfast they had. Fresh waffles with fruit not boxed as well as omlets or any style of eggs that I wanted. Recommend!
