Other My mother was there who suffers from dementia.The facility was nice it was clean. My problem with care one was the social worker she was horrible instead of trying to work with us and the insurance company every other day she would call and tell us that my mother was being kicked out. So much for compassion
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Have not been able to visit facility because of Covid-19. However, the response you get to find out how your loved one is terrible. I know everyone is busy but family does care and should be updated more. Very frustrated with this facility. People do care about their loved ones and time should be found to keep them informed since we cannot visit!! Makes me very angry that you are so cold to people that want information about someone they love.

Not only was my mother’s health put in jeopardy, but they displayed an egregious and erroneous disregard for my mother’s constitutional rights. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident How do I start, if you prefer your loved one to sit in there wheelchair all day if a fall risk and not be able to sleep for a nap in there bed this place is for you. My Dad was here for rehab. Rehab was great but not his wing care not so much. Someone from our family went there daily; we would find his meds in the bed that he spit out. My husbands care was terrible .., they never helped him brush his teeth so they never got brushed. They lost 3 pair of his pants and sent his electronic razor home without the head. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mom was in CareOne at New Milford. She was there because she needed rehab, but she actually got worse and had to go back to the hospital. They had nurses and aides. It was poor. My mom didn't really receive physical therapy as much as she was supposed to. We were in contact with her while she was there, but she was not getting physical therapy every day. I got the impression that she wasn't getting that individual care that she needed. They took my Mom on 3/21/20 from Holy Name after stating "they had room" (despite the Covid-19 outbreak going on in Teaneck). They put my mom on the 3rd floor and not even a week later I got a call saying she was being moved to another floor because there were "positive Covid patients" on floor 3.
