I visited this facility Care One at Hanover Township seemed like an old house that was converted into a facility. It was quite depressing. It seemed overcrowded and understaffed too. There were activities going on, but I don't know what they were. There was an activity coordinator and an activity room.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Do not bring your loved ones here. Staff is rude, argumentative and treat the patients like they are a bother. Supervisor and Director of Nursing do not return calls. Medication is not given correctly or in a timely manner. Many staff members lack common sense- patient cannot use either hand and food and drink are left unopened, staff doesn't help with feeding. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The nurses at Care One at Madison Avenue were very kind and very good. The aides were a bit lazy. I would give them a 1-star rating because my friend had a horrible bed sore. I didn’t think he was rehabilitated very well. The staff was very pleasant and very nice. It was a very pretty place. It was an old house, but very clean. They had a rehab room, a library room, and an activities room.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Horrendous place. Aides are rude. They bully the patience. They leave them in urine. Extremely lazy. The worst place to bring a loved one. The head nurse has no control over staff....margarita is so rude. They actually roll their eyes when you talk to them. The place should be shut down!!!

I visited this facility This place needs to be investigated by state. It smells like urine. The Nurses and CNA's are rude and Management sit in their offices and do nothing about it. Maybe Management needs to be changed. Starts at the top.
I visited this facility My uncle has only been there 35 days. I went there and waited 47 minutes pushing the bell waiting for someone to take to bathroom. 47 minutes!! He's fallen twice in 35 days. They moved him to the dementia area because he was not evaluated from the start correctly. We're looking for another facility right now!!!!!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident We were assigned Care One at Teaneck from the Hospice company as my father needed hospice care at the end of his life. For anyone who may be considering hospice care, please visit the facility before agreeing. While Care One at Teaneck is updated, this is not what we had in mind for hospice.
