I am clearly disgusted with the billing and business practices of the Wayne facility. Billing system is totally incomprehensible (probably on purpose). Communication between Assisted Living floor and Rehab floor is non-existent. I should have known not to have any trust in the information provided to me. I am truly disgusted with specifically the billing and business practices of this facility. They sent me to collections for my father’s debt of no joke 10 bucks. Seriously. You got ALL OF HIS ASSETS when he lived there and he DIED IN YOUR FACILITY. Are you really going to tell me that after you wound up with all of his money that this last 10 bucks is worth sending his surviving child to collections for? Debt that was not even mine? He was insolvent when he died. You already GOT ALL HIS MONEY!!!!!! Have you any shame???... read more

I was transferred fm HUMC to Wellington facility. I was there less than 24hrs and I signed myself out. It was awful. The worst was not hvg my seizure medications plus 3 other meds for evening and and morning doses. Missing 2 doses of seizure meds is extremely dangerous for epilepsy patient. There after a ruptured accillies surgery with weight baring ft. Cud not get up alone waited long periods of time for help. Broken wheelchair besides so many other issues. Never recommend this facility. Awful never Just so unorganized.

Have sick days and vacation days over 20" s of snow state of emergency declared gave 12 hours notice of using a sick day to stay home with my child and they refuse to honor my sick time will be filing a complaint with the department of labor in New Jersey

If you have parents you hate send them here. Holy moly I have never experienced such nasty people in my whole life.
