We were with them since 2017 for my oldest and they were great until this last February. They did have a couple replacement OTs and speech therapists in that time and it always went smoothly. In February, our speech therapist had a baby and her replacement came. She was new but seemed unsure of what to do. We had two co-sessions with her and the OT as was what we normally did. Never had an issue with my daughter OT up until today. My daughter has been receiving services for an about a year now, and I could not have more great things to say about the therapists she has and all the progress she has made is astronomical. From feeling like I was failing my daughter to seeing her grow with the added support has truly been life changing. We had occupational therapy services provided here and it was very disappointing experience. With such high reviews we thought this was going to be a no brainer, but the therapist proved otherwise. She didnt seem interested in doing her job or just doing the bare minimum. She would watch the clock and leave right at thirty mins even if she was early. There is a local caregiver/driver in Roxborough that consistently sets bad examples and endangers everyone around them by constantly illegally parking in the bike line and also illegally letting their dog off leash to roam around. Pure laziness with no care about how it could impact others, would not want my kids learning from these people.
