My daughter has been receiving services for an about a year now, and I could not have more great things to say about the therapists she has and all the progress she has made is astronomical. From feeling like I was failing my daughter to seeing her grow with the added support has truly been life changing. We had occupational therapy services provided here and it was very disappointing experience. With such high reviews we thought this was going to be a no brainer, but the therapist proved otherwise. She didnt seem interested in doing her job or just doing the bare minimum. She would watch the clock and leave right at thirty mins even if she was early. I would never use this company again. They are predatory and do not care about you or your child whatsoever. Worked with them for years on two separate occasions for my special needs child. They only want your money, and all your time. They don’t offer in person services despite they say they do and should, even somewhere like Aurora they will claim they do not have staff that can commute to you. Totally unacceptable experience, I hope people are warned.
I cannot express enough how my son’s OT has helped him! not only him but the entire family. Ken is amazing at what he does and hope my son has him forever.
There is a local caregiver/driver in Roxborough that consistently sets bad examples and endangers everyone around them by constantly illegally parking in the bike line and also illegally letting their dog off leash to roam around. Pure laziness with no care about how it could impact others, would not want my kids learning from these people.
