I love the work I do here. Helping kids reach their therapy goals is incredibly rewarding. My caseload took a little time to build when I first started, but management was supportive and encouraging throughout. One of the best parts of the job is the flexibility. I can create my own schedule, which really helps with work-life balance. Management is also open to feedback and has been able to work with me when concerns come up. Overall, it’s a fulfilling place to work at.
I've worked with this pediatric home health company for nearly 8 years and couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The team is incredibly supportive, both personally and professionally, and management has encouraged my growth into a small leadership role. The flexible schedule and opportunity to co-treat with other disciplines make the work both manageable and meaningful. Solace used to be great. Once it sold to this company it’s gone downhill. It’s obvious that corporate profit is the bottom line and their billing practices seem predatory, especially after working with many other providers. The service providers I’ve had have been great but the company is less than great to deal with beyond that. They are literally the epitome of what’s wrong with the US medical system. Our speech therapist, Lena, has been great!! She has amazing patience with our daughter who tries to find every way possible to stall doing work. It’s so convenient that she comes to our house as well. We appreciate how we routinely update the goals we create depending on her progress
