I visited recently for a quarterly check up and the service was quick and efficient. The best part strangely was my blood draw. Arlene was the med tech that was assisting with the blood draw and taking my vitals. She was very patient and provided an excellent service. Likely one of the easiest, painless blood draws all time. I wanted to give credit where it's due and appreciate Care Station for hiring Arlene on their team. Keep up the good work in hiring exceptional staff at this location.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The staff was polite, friendly, professional, and courteous. I forgot the name of the young lady who helped me check in but I will never forget her face. She was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with every detail and gave me such great service that i would go back just back because of my experience with her. Dr. Elvira Gutierrez has been treating me at Care Station Medical Group in Linden, and my experience has been very positive. She is an excellent professional who genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being and recovery. She also places great importance on prevention, provides clear and helpful advice, and recommends effective treatments. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, dedication, and quality of care.
Horrible experience. I had a 2:30 apt and was waiting for over an hr. When I came out of my room around 3:40 and asked how long it would take because I had to be home for my (little) kids to get off the bus, they said they couldn’t tell me. Then when the prescriber finally came in, I was frustrated and said I will need a hard copy prescription as I didn’t have time to go to the local pharmacy any more. She then lectured me on how busy her day was and how she had a physical before me, which honestly has nothing to do with me.... read more
I did not have a great experience. I was terribly sick with chest question and the doctor ordered xRays which were taken onsite quickly. I waited 1.5 hours for the doctor. He forgot about me. I walked out of the room twice to ask if the doctor had reviewed my results. Twice I heard the doctor say he was not assigned to my room. On the second round I had to correct him and remind him that I WAS his patient. He then apologized and informed me that my xrays were 'okay and he sent a prescription to my pharmacy'.
