The staff is friendly and kind and do their best to respond in a timely manner. The rooms are sunny and a nice size. The Pts and OTs have been diligent in their work to get my husband back on his feet after a fall but their schedules--probably out of necessity--are are unpredictable which means he can be out of the room when I try to visit. Communication with the staff though is easily done by text or email which is very helpful and their ability to communicate with Newton Wellesley hospital is a plus.
One of the standout features of CareOne is its dedicated and professional staff. From the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted with kindness and respect. The staff members, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative personnel, demonstrated a genuine concern for the well-being of the residents.
Stay away. I had to appeal their discharge of an 81 year old with hip surgery after only 21 days... she was not healed or ready but they signed off in discharge. Then when my mom needed to go back they lied and said there were no beds. I made friends and was told that there were plenty of beds.... THAT LEFT A BAD TASTE. Oliver and Henry are fantastic.. and kind but overall, I was so disheartened when this happened.
I was a pulmonary patient for a week.. the pt. People are amazing and also ot..love Ashley... she's amazing....all the nurses and aides are soooo kind did their jobs so well...ty all....love Kiki shes always there for guidance...ty all...place is so clean..the beds sooooo confy....hughly recommend...Cheryl trusas
