I highly recommend this animal hospital. I have a 13-year-old kitty that I could not get into the Cove at 10 o’clock last night. This morning I called several vets and I was able to get her in at this vet hospital…who is not my regular vet. They worked me into their schedule, even though this was a surgery day for them. I just recently moved here and didn’t have a vet yet. When my dog ingested an entire bottle of vitamins I was in a panic state. I had no idea what to do or where to go. My daughter-in-law suggested Caring Hands so I reached out. They took us in immediately and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. Took all three of my kitties here and they took such great care of them. All three got their annual exams plus additional testing to ensure everything was good to go. Dr. Deoudes and her team are all very knowledgeable, professional and gentle. They take the time to educate and answer questions in ways that make it easy to digest and listen to all concerns and map out a plan on how to get answers. The staff and vet were amazing! The best service I have ever experienced with veterinarians or at a vet clinic. Our dog was in pain, and they did everything they could to help our to pinpoint the cause of the pain. They squeezed us in and our wait wasn’t long at all. They were determined to help us and our pup and they did just that. There are closer vets near us but I’m sticking with them.
We recently switched to Caring Hands. Our dog needed an appointment to get refills on heartworm, and flea and tick meds. Dr. Deoudes performed the exam. She is warm and easy going. We discussed our senior dog and she made some low cost recommendations that helped him immensely. I love that you can stay with your pet throughout the process.
